I think a very important lesson here, is how ONE person&#039;s poor practices can affect the whole agency&#039;s reputation.

Sometimes I really feel, in the agency world, some of the people in the &quot;new media&quot; or &quot;social media&quot; positions are nothing more than people wanting to jump on the latest shiny bandwagon, with no fundamental understanding of how things work, which is, as mentioned: &lt;strong&gt;relationships&lt;/strong&gt;

Hopefully time will weed these people out, leaving those who truly understand behind.</description>
