Apologies, I tried to send the phone to you as quickly as I could and obviously I have not done a thorough job of cleaning up the phone :(

Btw, glad that you liked the touchscreen feature of the phone. It really helps in the trademark ease of use that Palm is well-known for.

I feel that the usability and texture of Treos improves when you buy one of those latex protective coverings for it. It makes the product a lot more durable and the buttons don't feel as slick.
