That’s what I did last weekend at Supperclub – to spread the awareness of HIV/AIDS. Say it With Art, World Aids Day 2009 party in Singapore. Hundreds gathered that night in support of the movement.

It was a night filled with band performances by Electico, Jack & Rai and few others, cool looking people, supporters of World Aids Day, friends, bloggers, good food (the carrot cake was the good!) and of course, prizes to be won. Sadly our plan of walking away with all the three iPod touch failed.

Read what I had to say about World Aids Day from my earlier post.

Keeping this short and sweet, here are some of the shots I took that night…

With Graffiti artist Killer Gerbil

Killer Gerbil was there to create his work of art at the entrance of Supperclub that night. Here’s his take on WAD on his big canvas…

He also gave a super crash course on the art of graffiti to Jack & Rai and few of us bloggers that night. I was too busy snapping away with the 7D, I didn’t give it a try. But I sure have got his tips recorded for future reference! These guys did give the spray cans a go…

And here’s the end creation of this collaborative effort

Besides these artistic walls, there was also a T-shirt and shoe design competition going on that night for students…

And finally, some shots of Electrico’s performance at Supperclub that night…

Wasn’t feel well that night and had to leave before Jack & Rai’s performance! So no photo of them in action from me. :(

That’s all for this year’s World Aids Day! Stay HIV free! Stay faithful to just one partner. Be protected!

More photos from that night can be found and grabbed at this flickr album.
