Having dine at Sakae pretty often for the past few months, I always tell myself to try something new from their menu at each visit. So this month, I tried two of their Mentaiyaki dishes.

Hokay… first I’ve to announce that I’m NOT turning alcoholic! And no I’m not turning into the beer-woman you see at coffee shops!!! But I just have got to share this amazing kit that came through the door today. YES! T.G.I.M!

Finally I’ve got my own Tiger Beer iPhone Case! And though I’m not a beer person, I’m loving it! It makes my iPhone looks so drinkable! Likes the smoothness when I feel it too. This fierce case attracted quite few turn-backs while I was on my way home tonight.

I’m liking the new announcement of “Like” a page rather than “Become a Fan” of a page. Makes more sense too this way, and with the displaying of how many and who are your friends liking the page in its own box, you can now see clearly who has got common interests as you!

It makes more sense to “Like” a company or organisation than to become a fan of it don’t you think?

So I tweeted, on a Sunday morning, while I was still lazing in bed refusing to get my ass out of bed. But it was at that moment where the inspiration and idea came to mind.

After four years of blogging or what I call story sharing, I was feeling tiresome doing the same thing. Though there are the occasional urge to share what I did over the weekend and all, but those are shared in mini-blurbs on the other blog of mine. With the battlefield I fight daily at work, I find it even more challenging to maintain a blog like I used to.

I’ve always got thoughts and point of view which I want to voice out here, but when I finally get some time to sit and type, all these points just disappeared. Like I’d said before, I would really really love to have a gadget to record everything I have in mind and put them in written notes. That’ll be ultra cool! Till the day someone knock on my door with that power device, I could only wish.

So that Sunday morning, a thought of this monthly thinggy came to mind. It has been something which I’d wanted to do all these while, but never really set my mind to. So now that I’m going to set aside a few days each month to get this mini-project of mine going, I’m excited about the possibilities!

Before I slowly unveil this thinggy, I would like you to make a guess. What do you think this ReFresh! of mine will be? ReFresh! may not be the name I’ll be using, just a generic noun to call this monthly thinggy. (ReFresh! sounds better than the monthly thinggy right? The latter sounds like… “Aiyah… my monthly thinggy is here!”)

16 April, night: I tried asking NTUC at Hougang Mall and the bigger one outside, both don’t know of this promotion. Can’t find details on their website too. Shall check the thumbdrive at office again tml to see if I’d missed out anything.

17 April, night: Went to Cold Storage at Tampines1 and Giant Tampines today to try my luck. Still no one knows about this on-going promotion. Anyone has got any clue as to when and how we can get hold of the phone cases?

20 April, night: I checked with the PR folks of Tiger Beer and they clarified: “Essentially, even though the promotion started from 15 April, it was being implemented progressively throughout the participating outlets. The iPhone cases should now be available at all the mentioned outlets.” – I’ve yet gone to any of the outlets yet, will give it another try by this week. Wish me luck!
