I have to restudy my life. (Which I never knew I had to learn)

I have to get out of this blogging world. (Which isn’t consider as the real world. Yet)

I don’t know how long I’ll have to be away. But I will be away for awhile…

I hope I won’t miss this world too much. Cos if I do, I might just lose the one I’m living in.

Will be away over the weekend, Fri-Sun. Leaving on the JET plane early tomorrow morning for HCMC. And since its that early in the morning, and to save on the raising cab fare, we’ve decided to hang around at the airport tonight (after I give mummy a hug since she’s returning from Taiwan late tonight.) Ya, sounds cheapskate saving the little cab fare but hey! It’ll be quite fun hanging around the airport for 4-5hours right? Sit there look at people or read a book. Free air-con somemore! Hahaha!

So I won’t be blogging this weekend. Will post many many photos (I hope) when I’m back. Don’t miss me ya!

Hope I won’t suffer from blog/yebber/ping/ facebook withdrawal syndrome! Wahahaha!

Will be twittering when I’m in HCMC (I’ll try). So putting my twitter here for now…

I finally got it ripped apart. With the help of some tools. But now the luggage can be thrown away liao. Need to go get one tomorrow before the event in the evening.

Phew! Finally all (almost) the photos from Ping.sg event are up. And tomorrow there’s one more to go… and I’ve yet starting packing for my trip!

It happened before and it happened again!

A week or so ago…
It was the first time I couldn’t connect my mac to my bb. So I called Singtel technical support for help. After more than 30 mins of trying, he giving me useless advices (all I’ve already tried prior calling them), telling me to hold while he check and then come back with the exact same instructions, I was still unable to connect to my wireless bb! And he has the guts to tell me something is wrong with my airport connection! He asked me to send my mac for service! I got so pissed I hung up.

I tried changing some of the settings again, I managed to get myself connected again. In the end I still didn’t know what the problem was.

Then these couple of days, I got the same problem again. I fiddled with the configuration and still unable to connect. Up to a point when I thought there’s something wrong with my airport. (But this couldn’t be the reason as I was able to connect my mac wirelessly at the office and on Wireless@SG.) So I told my brother who was using the pc to turn it off so that I can try connecting. And if I could connect when he’s offline, than something must be wrong with my modem or Singtel mio bb.

He turned off the pc, I reboot my mac, and tadah! I’m connected! So what have I concluded?

1. There’s nothing wrong with my mac.
2. There’s nothing wrong with the user. (me)
3. It’s either the modem or the connection which has the problem! I’m so going to call and screw the tech support later in the morning! Too exhausted to waste my energy on them now.

If they still insists that its my mac that has the problem, I’m so going to storm down to the store to demand for a refund or at least a proper clarification!

Why did I trust Singtel that much? Should have stuck with my starhub in the first place. Now I can’t cos I’m stuck with their 2 year plan! Sickening!

Today’s the first Wednesday of the month and to play my part for going green, I decided to buy a small bag at NTUC for my purchase. Before I reached the cashier, I jokingly told Abang that the auntie is sure going to put my bag and purchase into a plastic bag. And true enough, that’s what she wanted to do! She was trying to fold the bag up and put the bag into a plastic bag!

We bust out laughing, and she just stared at us. I told her I want to put my purchases in the bag I bought and she gave me another stare and shocked look! Oh my gosh! Auntie what are you doing?

I should have told her the story of going green and to remind her that its Wednesday today and we should protect our planet blah blah blah… but not to waste time for the rest in the queue, I didn’t.

Please go green. Bring your own bag.

I’d been trying to load my blog but it just seems to take forever to load! Maybe its the server but at the looks of it, its Flickr! The photos are taking forever to load. Why is this happening?  Maybe next time I should just use thumbnails on my blog.

Please load quickly blog. I hate seeing you crawl so slow…
