Finally I tried the new movie trailer feature on the iMovie’11. It took a little more time than I’d expected to create, due to the lack of clips but I still got it completed within minutes. It’s really very cool and simple to create attractive clips. My first clip is dedicated to HP Singapore‘s 40th Anniversary & Christmas Party. See if you catch yourself or someone you know from it…
This Christmas, if given the time and opportunity to, I would love to AMP (amplify) someone’s Christmas with a personal session of photo shoot with me! I promise to capture great shots of him/her or a lovely couple and they’ll get to keep the photos in digital and view them in a lovely album made just for them from me. Yap! That’s how I would like to AMP my Christmas. Who’s up to get AMP-ed by me? :P
He likes to chew on bones.
I like to bite on the fleshy meat.
Both of us are match made in heaven isn’t it?
When we eat at Fish & Co, our order for the meal is almost standard. At times, we may take the seafood platter, but most of the time, our combi are as follow…

Fried Calamari aka Sotong
Over the years, the calamari rings get bigger and so does the crispiness of this dish. I like my sotong to be crunchy instead of chewy. That’s how these fried sotong tasted. I is sad whenever I see my sotong served like that.
Its one of the rare rare rare occasion where you find me dining at such posh place. I had to triple confirm the location to make sure I don’t mixed it up with The Fullerton Hotel.

The sound of the place already got me thinking how much the meal would cost. But it was a lunch date I cannot miss.

The verdict? Its same same but different…
Read MoreI know Diana hates it and never will ever touch one. I personally have a love-hate for mussels, but I’ve had too much of it the past 3 days. First was at Vivo City and the next at Parkway Parade two days later. I shall not go into details why mussels to some are like sex, I’ll keep that to your own imagination. *coughs*

Do these remind you of sex?
Its my second visit to The Mussel Guys at Vivo City, and of course, the mussels were the highlight of the dinner. The other items we ordered were sadly not to our liking. The reason why we walked into The Mussel Guys was that it had no queue. You know how crazy queues get around Vivo City during dinner time! Despite the average crowd, service was pretty slow. When more tables filled up over the hour or so while we were there, service went from bad to literally, none.
Read MoreThanks to nice people at Pan Pacific and Citibank, I’d a chance to savor great food and enjoy the great company of friends and partners. Wished the night could rewind and play again, with me feeling pink instead of green.
10@Claymore introduced a new menu two months or so ago, and there’s no need for graphical representation on their giant menu. What you read is what you’ll get, just 10x better when the elegant serving with pure goodness and no fuss is presented to you.

There were simply too much food served that night. Remembering all the goodness and taste would have killed me from hunger. Perhaps I have my flu to thanks, I could only recall the one dish I had and the dish that I savored slowly on my own.
