Here are the videos of Singapore Fireworks Festival 2008 | Korean Fantasia! Hope you’ll enjoy it! This time round my arms were shaking quite a lot. I had to hold the video camera even higher as I was closer to the crowd and the fireworks. Hope you won’t feel too giddy due to the shaking clips!

Asian Idol, Hady Mirza!

Could see that he was really tired. But still put up a great performance for all.

I almost got one with him directly looking at me!

And when I finally did, Rui En had to block half 1/4of his face!

See! With a great smile some more! Hmmpz!
Got sight of Rui En’s behind and saw her tattoo…

And there was Jonathan Leong…

Not a very glam shot, but this is the only one I have of him.
From the above, you can see that I was there to support our Asian Idol, Hady Mirza. Nope, I’m not a fan of his, but cos a lot of friends and relatives has been saying that Mr Y looked like him. So I had to go take a glimpse of Hady in real life. Conclusion is… erm… I think I better not conclude. Else I’ll have many fans of his throwing eggs at me my blog. Ahem!
After hearing him sing tonight, he sure deserve to be where he is today. Although there were hundreds of screaming fans and whistle blowing, and the not-so-powerful sound system, he still managed to sound like an idol.
Witnessing it myself today, must say being an idol is really no joke. All the fans were pushing and shoving their way in the crowd, trying to get a peek or a shot of their idol. Forgetting about his safety, their own safety and the safety of those around them. It’s kinda scary to be among these group of fans. Lucky I had a pillar next to me to divide me from them. A word to all crazy and not-so crazy fans out there, do spare a thought for your idol and other fans. Stop pushing! If you want to take a photo of your idol, get a super long lens and a better camera, and shot from afar. Ok, not a very good advice.
Above shots were taken at Punggol East countdown along Rivervale Crescent tonight. Beside the above 3 idols, there were the Ming Zhu Sisters (881) and Desmond Lin (the botak DJ). It was quite an experience counting down in the heartland with the aunties, uncles, grannies and young kids. Hope everyone there had enjoyed the night as much as I had.
Happy New Year everyone! Like what Mr Michael Palmer said, 2008 will be “HUAT ah!” for everyone!
It was crazy at the dinner just now. Our table of 9 made the most noise throughout the night. Our laughter filled the entire place! We didn’t really bother about what others might comment, but we’re happily enjoying ourselves at the corner of the resturant.
It was a good gathering for my family and relatives. Due to all our busy schdules, catching up seems to be so so far fetch. Only at dinner like this brings us together and gives us time to catch up and laugh together. I hope the next gathering, abang wil be able to join us too.
Some snaps of the night…

Went to One Fullerton to meet up some guys from CS forum for the SFF outing. And wow it was fun seeing almost 20 tripods along the riverside. Cool! Didn’t quite get to know who’s who but did manage to talk to a couple of them. All very nice ppl, but i’m too shy to approach them. *blush*
Anyway, here are some of my take at the final display for SFF… comments welcome…

more in my bucket.
