There I wish to post a photo a day from my collection of favorite shots by yours truly.

Chanced upon a wedding portfolio while doing some work research and I must make a note of it for my 2010 plan! Whizarts takes very nice wedding photos!

To help motivate myself to bring my cameras (the big one) out more often, and also to have a channel for me to share my photos, I’m starting a new series of posts here at Claudia Continues To Talk.

I was coming up with a name to call this series, thought of using Claud talks ‘something’ again, after the series on Claud talks Gadgets and Claud talks Social Media. But find that its strange to use ‘talk’ as this series wouldn’t have much talking in it.

As this idea came in the middle of the night, my mind is just too lazy to think of any good title to go with it. So I’ve decided to call it Claud’s Viewfinder.

In Claud’s Viewfinder, I’ll be sharing random photos which I took and I hope these photos will allow you to enjoy the beautiful things and scenes that I come across during my daily life. There’s no limit to the type of photos I’ll share. It’ll all depend on what I want to share and what I have in my photo folders.

I am excited about this series as taking photos is something that I enjoy doing. I hope you will enjoy the series too.

Claud’s Viewfinder coming soon…

When I was writing CtG1, I was told something exciting was coming soon from Canon’s DSLR range. And in CtG 2, there was the announcement of Sony Alpha 900. And now, I’m excited to share that Canon has launched their new DIGIC 4 processor and its powering the new EOS 5D Mark II!

Also in this issue, review of Samsung Omnia and I share 2 exciting events that’s coming very soon…

Rollei loses battle for survival

German camera maker Rollei folded up after 11 years of operation in Singapore. Poor sales, weak global economy and strong Japanese competition were the reasons cited. The company came under receivership. Its parent company in Germany, Rollei Braunschweig, too had been under receivership. In Singapore, 4,000 workers were expected to lose their jobs

Just find it interesting cos it’s like 1 day before I was born, and I’m so much into photography. Thought it’ll be cool to just blog and remembers it. Haha!

It’s been awhile since I posted “Arty-shots” aka heavily processed shots. When I stepped into Cafe Domus on Saturday morning for Social Media Breakfast 2, I regretted not bringing my DSLR. The backyard is perfect for shoots (Pinky shoots anyone?)! If I’ve time to, I would love to pull some friends there for TFCD. Sharing some shots I took with my Canon Ixus camera…
