Year 2010! This is the year where so many important events will be taking place. Personally, work wise and nation wise.
2010 is a very nice number and it being an “even” year makes it even more meaningful. Don’t you see that most of the major events around the world surrounds the “even” year?
Yes, I am labeling this as “Part 1″ because there will be many posts upcoming that will be related to the count down for 2010. I is very excited lah!
So, for Part 1, I am going to dedicate to YOG2010.
To commemorate the countdown to Singapore YOG2010, the organizers gave out limited edition pin on Twitter. I chanced upon it and spread the tweet out too. And for doing so, and hash tagging it with #singapore2010 I got myself this cute little pin…

The Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games is just 365 days away – with the spirit of vibrant energy going stronger everyday. To commemorate the one-year countdown event on 14 August 2009, a limited edition souvenir pin featuring the Spirit of Youth emblem has been specially designed.The souvenir pin has been created in celebration of the city’s progress and oneness towards inspiring youth to embrace, embody and express the Olympic values of Excellence, Friendship and Respect in all spheres of life.
